Bookings & Prices

After School club for children attending St Mary Redcliffe and Victoria Park Primary Schools. We collect from Reception to year 6 (4 to 11 year olds) from School and are open until 6pm . Holiday club is open to all schools for children between the ages of 4 ,(reception age and above),to 11 years.

How much does it cost?

The basic rate is:




We operate a standard late fee system of £1.00 per child per additional 5 minutes for any children that have not been collected by 6pm.

Do I need to register first?

Yes. Registration costs £10.00 per family per year. Parents/carers are able to register their children via our online booking system iPAL. We cannot accept children at the playscheme without an up to date Registration and will not pick up children from school whom we have not met. You are able to bring your child/ren into Moose to introduce them to the staff and to get a visual of our scheme. This is not a settling in session and should take around 15-20 minutes. We find this important as it is an opportunity to also introduce your child/ren to the staff.

How can I make bookings?

*(Bookings can only be cancelled online 14+more days in advance from the session. Any cancellation in under 14 days must be sent to the Play Leader via our email, text or a call and will still incur the fees due.)*

Bookings can also be made by phone (once registered) 07305083381, either text or leave a message on the answer phone Sam will confirm we have received the booking.

You can also book in person at the Scheme during opening hours. There is no minimum booking requirement.

How and when should I pay?

All sessions should be paid for in advance.  You can pay by card or by Childcare Vouchers (available through many employers). Bookings can be paid for via iPAL . We also have the option for parents to select a partial payment.

You can book ahead without paying up front, but you must pay before the session date. 

What about cancellations?

Cancellations need 14 days notice except under exceptional circumstances. If you give 14 days notice the session payment will be credited to your account and can be used to pay for another future session. If you cancel a session in under 14 days, you will be charged for that session. See the Coordinator for details.

What is the procedure for collecting my child?

It is very important that we have an accurate written record of which children we have on the premises. You must sign the register when collecting your child. If your child’s name is highlighted in the register, please see the Playleader without fail. There may be a message for you to collect or you may have to sign the accident book.

*Due to our Covid Protective Measures in place, staff will sign out the children on the register. We will still make notes if necessary and pass on any relevant information to parents/carers.*
