Absences
If your child will not be attending Moose for a pre-booked session, it is important that you let us know directly. We are independent from the schools and require the information direct. Please call or text the Moose mobile on 07305083381, email mooseplayscheme@hotmail.co.uk
Persistent failure to inform us of absences may result in us reviewing your bookings with Moose.
Late pick-ups or emergencies
If you need to contact the Moose team during a session, for example to inform them of a late pick-up, please call the Moose mobile on 07305083381
Complaints
If you have any concerns or complaints about Moose, you should first raise these with the Manager/Playleader. If this is not possible, you may contact the Moose Committee.
