We would like to invite you to Moose’s annual AGM on Thursday 19th June 2025. This is a great opportunity for you to positively shape your child’s afterschool and holiday care!
The AGM meeting will be held in the Community Room at Victoria Park Primary School, where Moose operate from.
We ask that you please arrive from 7.30pm and call the Moose phone so a member of staff can let you in, the meeting will commence at 8pm.
Our AGM is open to all parents/carers with children who attend Moose, Moose staff and Directors.
Although we are based at Victoria Park Primary School, Moose is an independent, non-profit charity and rely on volunteering directors to enable the running and continuity of Moose. With the support from the director’s team, Moose can provide excellent quality childcare that is fun, nurturing and a safe place for your children to attend.
Moose relies on parents/carers to volunteer and join the director’s team to allow Moose’s future to be successful. If you can commit a small number of hours each term and are interested in becoming a part of this incredible team and impact your child/children’s childcare, we encourage you attend the meeting to get a good insight into the workings of the charity.
Please do contact the Moose Team via our email or one of our Playworkers upon collection of your child/children if you would be interested in attending the AGM and/or possibly becoming a director. If you are unable to attend, we will issue minutes after the event via our website.
