From term 1, Moose will be raising the cost of our after-school and holiday clubs.
Although Moose is a not-for-profit charity, we are still subject to many of the same inflationary pressures that have increased prices in recent years. After the Covid-19 pandemic and in the midst of the worst inflationary spike since the early 1990s, we were committed to keeping prices the same. Since our last fee increase in 2021, the Bank of England puts the real terms cost of inflation at 22%.
In order to keep the future of Moose Playscheme strong we have decided to raise our fees. We understand that any increase in prices will have an impact on families and carers. As you can see below our increases still remain below long-term inflation:

The Moose team works hard to provide high quality and affordable after school-care. We have ensured that the after school club fee remains competitive compared with other after school clubs in our area. Moreover, Moose’s holiday club opening hours are longer than most of the other neighbouring clubs. The after school and holiday clubs will continue to provide very good value for money.
